Hi! I have been teaching for 12 years now and love to bring accessible and meaningful yoga to the two communities that I call home.


My intention is to provide classes that invite students to honor and respect their bodies unique abilities while quieting their minds. 

Through September you can find me teaching at Ananda Yoga & Wellness Studio and at my home studio in Morrill. 

Modifications are invited to enable each individual to find their own personal balance between challenge and ease. 

Committing to a regular practice is instrumental to attaining the benefits of yoga. Make a commitment to yourself this summer and experience the joys of yoga. An investment in your overall well-being is something that you can not put a value on and when you commit to the practice you will reap the benefits for the rest of your life.

Healthy Joints: Therapeutic Yoga for Freeing Joints

If you are among the many, many adults that find their joints becoming stiff, achy, and less mobile than they used to be and facing the realities of arthritis, this class series might be just the thing for you. Yoga can help reduce the pain from arthritis, and increase mobility, allowing you to keep doing all the things you love. We will explore moving the joints in a safe mindful way that with time and practice can enhance strength, stability and mobility of all the major joints. During the series we will also look at how other yogic tools, such as breath work and meditation, can help both with stress (which can be a root cause of inflammation) and pain management. Taking the time for yourself now, and your future self will thank you!

Beginners Yoga for Everybody

You have probably heard about some of the benefits of yoga, but maybe you don't know how to get started, or how to make sure you are choosing the right class for you. Regardless of your level of flexibility, body shape or age, yoga can bring you benefits to your mind, body and spirit. The first step is committing to a regular practice and learning safe alignment, breathing techniques, and how to relax. Whether you are brand new to yoga or are looking to build your knowledge this series is for you. A lifelong yoga practice is rooted in safe and mindful movement, learn the basics so you can practice for years to come and enjoy the innumerable benefits.

Flow & Philosophy - Intermediate/Advanced class

Have you been practicing yoga for a while, and are ready to explore more in depth? Advance your practice in this class with an exploration of tying yoga philosophy into a deep meditative flowing asana practice. We will also explore mudras, pranayama and meditation. Ready to dive in and go deep?
