This class offers you an hour of time focused on calming and soothing your body, mind and spirit through guided relaxation and mindful movement and breath practices.
Chronic stress, anxiety and worry are understandably pervasive under the current pandemic conditions. This time spent in practice will help to reset your nervous system to a state of ease.
No experience needed, and no special props or equipment needed. Simply prepare to be able to sit comfortably, either in a chair or on the floor on a cushion, and to be able to move into position standing and lying down.
